Waiver of Liability

Please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) before participating in any classes or activities offered by The Inner Light, operated by Nimadia LLC (“Studio”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Studio’s facilities and services. By participating in any Studio classes or activities, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Studio Usage and Liability

1.1. Participation: Participation in any classes or activities offered by the Studio is voluntary. You acknowledge and agree that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and assume all risks associated with your participation.

1.2. Physical Condition: You warrant and represent that you are in good physical condition and have no medical conditions, disabilities, or limitations that would prevent you from participating safely in the Studio’s classes or activities. It is your responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional prior to participating if you have any concerns.

1.3. Personal Property: The Studio shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought onto its premises. It is your responsibility to keep your personal belongings secure during your visit to the Studio.

1.4. Injuries: You acknowledge that participating in physical activities, including yoga, involves a risk of injury. You assume all responsibility and liability for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur as a result of your participation in Studio classes or activities. The Studio, its instructors, staff, and owners shall not be held liable for any such injuries, accidents, or damages.

2. Registration and Payments

2.1. Registration: To participate in Studio classes or activities, you may be required to register and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. By registering, you agree to be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.2. Fees and Payments: You agree to pay the applicable fees for classes, workshops, or memberships as outlined by the Studio. Payments may be made by cash, credit card, or any other method accepted by the Studio. All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated in writing by the Studio.

2.3. Cancellations: The Studio reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify classes, workshops, or events at its discretion. In the event of a cancellation, the Studio will make reasonable efforts to notify participants in advance and provide alternative options or refunds where appropriate.

3. Studio Policies and Code of Conduct

3.1. Studio Rules: You agree to abide by all Studio policies, rules, and guidelines as communicated by the Studio staff or posted on its premises. Failure to comply with these policies may result in your exclusion from Studio classes or activities.

3.2. Code of Conduct: You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and appropriate manner while on the Studio premises. Harassment, discrimination, or any other form of misconduct towards other participants, staff, or instructors will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of your participation without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. Ownership: All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, in and to the Studio’s classes, programs, materials, and content remain the exclusive property of The Inner Light and Nimadia LLC. You shall not reproduce, distribute, or modify any intellectual property without the Studio’s prior written consent.

5. Privacy Policy

5.1. Data Collection: The Studio may collect and store personal information from you for the purposes of registration, communication, and providing its services. By participating in Studio classes or activities, you consent to The Inner Light and Nimadia LLC collecting, storing, and using your personal information as outlined in its Privacy Policy.

6. Modification and Termination

6.1. Modification: The Studio reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Agreement on the Studio’s website or premises. It is your responsibility to review the Agreement periodically for any updates.

6.2. Termination: The Studio may terminate this Agreement and your participation in Studio classes or activities at any time for violations of this Agreement, misconduct, or any other reason deemed appropriate by the Studio. Upon termination, any fees paid will not be refunded.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of [Jurisdiction].

By participating in any classes or activities offered by The Inner Light, operated by Nimadia LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
