We are privileged to have an amazing team of dedicated and talented yoga instructors who bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to every class. Each of our instructors is experienced, and deeply committed to guiding and supporting our students on their yoga journey.

Michelle Smith

Yoga Instructor

Michelle Smith (she/her/ella), born and raised in Quito, Ecuador, sees yoga as a path for communities to come together, slow down, and open up. Always drawn to experience something bigger, she took a leap to live and experience Shanghai, China. It was there that she fell in love with yoga. After recovering from a twisted ankle, she found herself deepening her self-love and connection journey. She has taught Vinyasa with a Bilingual focus for over six years. She is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with over 900+ hours of Certifications with well-seasoned teachers. Most recently, she completed Richard Freeman and Mary Taylor’s legendary Summer Intensive in Boulder, CO. Michelle’s classes bring mindful movement into Vinyasa sequences to allow space to grow and deepen your practice, in both English and Spanish. You can expect something different every time.

Nicole Jirtle

Yoga Instructor

Nicole’s yoga journey began in Indiana and culminated in India, where she earned 200 teacher training hours in Ashtanga before going onto complete an additional 300 in Vinyasa. She has also recently completed a training course in Yin with Kari Kwinn.

Nicole believes that yoga should be accessible to everyone and strives to cultivate a supportive and inclusive environment.Her approach to teaching is often playful and lighthearted..because, as Oscar Wilde wrote, “Life is too important to be taken seriously.”
Off the mat, Nicole can be found creating art, volunteering with fellow veterans, or cuddling with her scruffy mutt Ginger.

Erin Derting

Yoga Instructor, Manager

Erin is a dedicated yoga instructor and sound healer specializing in the following modalities: Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga. Yoga, and Restorative Yoga. Her teaching style includes balancing asana with mindfulness so as to strengthen the body while cultivating a sense of inner peace in the mind. She is passionate about her mission to serve each and every one of her students by supporting them as they improve both their mental and physical health. Her goal is to bring wellness to as many beings as humanly possible in her lifetime 🙂

Javier Betancourt

Yoga Instructor

Javier primarily teaches in the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition though he also teachers and practices in the styles of Vinyasa, Sivananda, Hatha, Power, Flow, Restorative and Yin.
He completed his Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher training at Journeys in Yoga in Tallahassee in 2011 with Saraswati Devi and has been teaching ashtanga primary series consistently in both led primary and the Mysore-style for over ten years with over 10,000 hours of teaching.
Javier has trained in the Ashtanga method with many modern teachers including Sharath Jois, Saraswathi Jois, Manju Jois, David Swenson, Saraswati Devi, Kino MacGregor, Tim Feldmann, Greg Nardi, Taylor Hunt, Heather Serna, Shanna White, and David Keil. 

JP Kreuger M.D., D.O.

Medical Doctor, Doctor of Osteopathy, Yoga Instructor

Jean Paul is one of a hand full of Medical Doctors Board certified as an osteopath within the USA. He is passionate about physiology, biology and how the body works as well as understanding the deeper nature of the bio rhythm of the world. He’s also secretly a Trekkie and enjoys cruising in his bright orange Jeep.

Julia Delzer

Yoga Instructor

Julia completed her 200 hour Yoga Certification through Samadhi Yoga Sangha in May of 2023 and began teaching right away. Julia empowers students in her classes by teaching how to love, respect, and challenge both body and mind, guiding students to find balance and inner peace.

Julia is trained to teach a variety of styles of yoga including Hatha, Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, Gentle Flow, Yin, and Restorative. She is also in the process of continuing her yoga education through the 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training Program at Samadhi Yoga Sangha. Additionally, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Julia hopes to combine her passions for yoga and for serving others to eventually provide trauma informed yoga or yoga therapy services so every person can access and experience the healing power of yoga. Julia believes in sharing peace, love, unity, and respect to all, and hopes to empower others to recognize their true inner light and find their path on this journey of life

Pooja S Mamadapalli

Traditional Yoga Instructor

Pooja’s mission is to reintroduce authentic yoga practices in the western world and blend Yoga philosophy with Western psychology. Pooja’s approach to Yoga emphasizes care, affection, and encouragement toward the body and soul engaged in the practice. She believes that Yoga is about pursuing new possibilities rather than striving for perfection. Consequently, both beginners and experts can equally benefit from Yogasana, provided their practice remains sincere. Pooja has experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents with mental health conditions, adults, and elderly individuals.

Callie Millard

Yoga Instructor

Callie is a warm and compassionate yoga instructor from New York! She moved to Denver in 2021 with her dog Walter and husband Jack. She is dedicated to her passion for promoting holistic wellness and balance in the lives of her students. 

Callie believes in the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. Her teaching style embodies this philosophy, offering classes that blend traditional yoga poses, breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness techniques.

Her classes are designed not only to enhance physical strength and flexibility but also to cultivate mental clarity and emotional well-being.

Outside of yoga, Callie is working towards obtaining a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics!
