Michelle Smith

Michelle Smith (she/her/ella), born and raised in Quito, Ecuador, sees yoga as a path for communities to come together, slow down, and open up. Always drawn to experience something bigger, she took a leap to live and experience Shanghai, China. It was there that she fell in love with yoga. After recovering from a twisted ankle, she found herself deepening her self-love and connection journey. She has taught Vinyasa with a Bilingual focus for over six years. She is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with over 900+ hours of Certifications with well-seasoned teachers. Most recently, she completed Richard Freeman and Mary Taylor’s legendary Summer Intensive in Boulder, CO. Natalya Theresa

Yoga Instructor

Natalya is certified in power yoga, restorative yoga, trauma-informed yoga, and is currently completing a certification in yoga nidra. Her specialty is teaching a combination of styles with a focus on pranayama that allows her students to feel their strength and release excess energy so they can drop into nourishing stillness and explore the peace of being present in their bodies. She believes that each person is their own best teacher and offers her students guidance to help them learn to listen to their body and understand how to give it what it truly needs. She has been practicing yoga since she was a child and teaching yoga since 2019. She has taught hot yoga, restorative yoga, yin yoga, power yoga, and combinations of these practices in group and individual settings both online and in person.

Erika Perez

Yoga Instructor

Erika found yoga and began taking occasional classes at a local studio in 2013. A few months later she lost a loved one and experienced heartache and depression for the first time in her life. The only way she could cope with her pain was through her yoga practice. Realizing the power of healing through yoga, she was inspired to travel and live in India to study and practice under the Ashtanga yoga lineage. Although Ashtanga yoga holds a very special place in her heart, she ultimately decided to complete her 200hr YTT in Hatha yoga in 2020. She then went on to complete a 500hr massage program in 2021. Her mission is to heal people’s physical and emotional pain through the powerful combination of yoga and massage therapy, helping them find relief, inner peace, and balance in their daily lives.

When she’s not on the mat, Emily can be found exploring Colorado, hiking the Rocky Mountains, or enjoying the local yoga community. She believes in the benefits of yoga, not only for the physical body but also for cultivating a sense of well-being & connection within oneself.

Anjali Hendrickson

Yoga Instructor
Hi sweet friends, my name is Anjali. I wake up in the morning with the intention of supporting balanced well-being throughout a community of anyone willing to seek it. Ways that I love to support people are through mindfulness, meditation and yoga practices. I am certified in Advanced Yoga, Yoga Therapy, MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction), Chakra Theory, Yin Yoga and The Science of Anatomy. With over a decade of experience, I can honestly say I have done much of the deep work required of teachers (and humans) to create a safe container for others to practice authentically and with vulnerability (if they feel called to). I love to read inspirational works and personally write as well; these practices are woven throughout my classes/sessions. Just by seeking out and reading teacher profiles, you are ALREADY doing the work on the path to healing. I acknowledge and honor that work and can’t wait to meet you!
