To maintain the smooth functioning of our classes and uphold fairness to all our students, we have implemented a short cancellation policy.
Our cancellation policy
Cancellation Deadline: A cancellation made at least one hour before the scheduled start time of the class will be eligible to be refunded in full.
No Refunds: There will be no refunds for cancellations made less than one hour before the scheduled start time of the class.
Late Arrivals: We kindly request that you arrive at least 10 minutes before the class begins. If you arrive after the class has commenced, your reservation may be forfeited, and you will not be eligible for credit.
How to Cancel: To cancel your class booking, please log in to your account on our website.
Please note that this policy applies to all clients equally, regardless of the reason for cancellation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy, as it enables us to maintain the quality of our classes and accommodate other students who may be on our waiting list.
